Expert Participation Agreement for Coordius

Effective Date: June 6, 2026

This Expert Participation Agreement governs participation by experts on the Coordius platform.

By creating a profile or participating on Coordius, you agree to the following terms.

Profile Accuracy

You agree that all information submitted to Coordius is accurate and current, including:

  • Professional title

  • Employer or affiliation

  • Credentials

  • Biography

  • Areas of expertise

  • Contact information

  • Availability information

You agree to update information promptly when changes occur.

Professional Conduct

Experts are expected to engage professionally with users of the platform.

​

Experts agree to:

  • Communicate respectfully

  • Honor confirmed commitments whenever possible

  • Respond honestly regarding availability

  • Represent qualifications accurately

Editorial Independence

Coordius supports independent journalism and content creation.

​

Experts acknowledge that journalists, producers, creators, and organizations retain complete editorial control over:

  • Interview questions

  • Story framing

  • Program format

  • Editing decisions

  • Publication decisions

​

Participation on Coordius does not grant authority over editorial content.

Reviews

Experts understand that users may submit reviews based on their experiences.

​

Coordius reserves the right to display reviews in accordance with platform policies.

​

Experts may request review investigations when they believe content violates published guidelines.

No Guarantee of Opportunities

Coordius does not guarantee:

  • Interview requests

  • Media appearances

  • Speaking engagements

  • Bookings

  • Business opportunities

  • Revenue generation

​

Participation on the platform is voluntary.

Intellectual Property

Experts retain ownership of materials they provide.

​

By submitting profile content, experts grant Coordius a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute that content in connection with operating and promoting the platform.

Suspension or Removal

Coordius reserves the right to suspend, limit, or remove profiles for reasons including:

  • Inaccurate information

  • Fraudulent conduct

  • Harassment

  • Repeated violations of platform policies

  • Conduct that undermines trust in the community

Platform Quality Standards

Coordius is committed to maintaining a reliable and trustworthy community of experts.

Coordius reserves the right to review expert participation and take action when an expert’s conduct negatively impacts the experience of users or the integrity of the platform.

Examples of conduct that may result in warnings, profile restrictions, suspension, or removal include:

  • Repeatedly canceling confirmed interviews or appearances without reasonable notice.

  • Repeated failure to respond to legitimate booking inquiries.

  • Misrepresenting credentials, experience, affiliations, or areas of expertise.

  • Providing inaccurate or misleading profile information.

  • Engaging in deceptive, fraudulent, or unethical conduct.

  • Using undisclosed representatives to communicate on behalf of the expert when direct availability has been represented.

  • Repeated failure to follow reasonable booking instructions provided by journalists, producers, creators, or organizations.

  • Attempting to dictate editorial content, interview questions, or publication decisions as a condition of participation.

  • Using the platform primarily for promotional, advertising, or sales purposes unrelated to the requested engagement.

  • Generating a pattern of substantiated complaints or reviews indicating unreliable, unprofessional, or disruptive conduct.

Coordius may investigate reports, request clarification from affected parties, and make determinations in its sole discretion.

​

Nothing in this section requires Coordius to remove any profile, investigate every complaint, or disclose details of internal review decisions.

Limitation of Liability

Coordius is a technology platform that facilitates discovery and professional connections.

​

Coordius is not responsible for the actions, statements, conduct, or outcomes associated with users, organizations, or third parties using the platform.

Changes

Coordius may update this Agreement periodically.

​

Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
