Coordius Beta Testing Agreement
Effective Date: June 6, 2026
Thank you for participating in the Coordius Beta Program. This agreement explains the terms of your participation in testing our platform before public launch.
1. Purpose
Coordius is currently in a testing phase. By participating in the Beta Program, you agree to provide feedback on the platform’s functionality, usability, and overall experience.
2. Beta Status
You understand that:

Coordius is an early-stage product.

Features may change, be modified, or be removed at any time.

The platform may contain bugs, errors, or interruptions.

Access may be suspended or terminated at any time during the beta period.
3. Confidentiality
Because you are receiving early access to Coordius, you agree not to:

Share screenshots, recordings, or demonstrations of unreleased features without written permission.

Publicly disclose non-public information about the platform, roadmap, pricing, or future features.

Provide access to your beta account to another person.
This confidentiality obligation does not apply to information that becomes publicly available through authorized release by Coordius.
4. Feedback
You agree that any feedback, suggestions, recommendations, feature requests, comments, or ideas submitted to Coordius may be used by Coordius without compensation or attribution.
Your feedback helps improve the platform for future users.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of any information, profile content, reviews, or materials you submit to the platform.
By submitting content, you grant Coordius a non-exclusive right to use, display, and store such content for purposes of operating and improving the service.
6. No Compensation
Participation in the Beta Program is voluntary. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, participants will not receive financial compensation for testing or feedback.
7. No Warranty
The Beta Program is provided “as is” and “as available.”
Coordius makes no guarantees regarding availability, reliability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose during the beta testing period.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coordius shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from participation in the Beta Program.
9. Termination
Coordius may modify, suspend, or terminate the Beta Program at any time and for any reason.
Participants may discontinue participation at any time.
10. Confidentiality and Protection of Platform Information
As a participant in the Coordius Beta Program, you may gain access to non-public information relating to Coordius, its users, and its operations. Such information may include platform features, designs, workflows, business plans, pricing, future development plans, user profiles, contact information, availability information, reviews, ratings, and other proprietary or confidential information.
You agree that you will not:

Share, publish, distribute, sell, or otherwise disclose any non-public information obtained through the platform.

Share screenshots, recordings, demonstrations, documentation, or other materials relating to the Beta Program without written permission from Coordius.

Copy, export, reproduce, harvest, scrape, collect, or distribute platform data or user information.

Use information obtained through the platform for any purpose unrelated to authorized use of Coordius.

Contact users for unsolicited commercial purposes using information obtained through the platform.

Create, assist with, or contribute to a competing product or service using confidential information obtained through participation in the Beta Program.

Disclose, publish, identify, reveal, or confirm the participation of any creator, journalist, producer, expert, organization, or other user of the Coordius Beta Program to any third party without prior written consent from both the affected participant and Coordius.

Disclose, publish, identify, reveal, or publicly discuss the identity of the founder or individuals involved in the development, testing, operation, or management of Coordius without their express permission.

Misrepresent yourself as speaking on behalf of Coordius.
All platform content, designs, branding, workflows, concepts, software, documentation, and other materials made available through the Beta Program remain the property of Coordius.
Any creator, journalist, producer, expert, organization, or user information made available through Coordius is confidential and may only be used for legitimate purposes authorized by the platform.
These confidentiality obligations survive the termination of participation in the Beta Program and remain in effect after a participant’s access to the Beta Program ends.
11. Acceptance
By accessing or using the Coordius Beta Program, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the terms of this Beta Testing Agreement.
Coordius serves journalists, creators, producers, experts, and organizations. Users may share professional information, contact details, scheduling preferences, and other business-related information with the expectation of privacy. Participants agree to respect the confidentiality of all such information and to use it solely for authorized platform purposes.
Thank you for helping build Coordius. Your feedback plays an important role in improving the platform for journalists, creators, producers, and experts.
