If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.
2. Description of Service
Coordius provides a platform that helps users discover, evaluate, connect with, and contact subject matter experts for interviews, commentary, content creation, educational purposes, media appearances, and related professional opportunities.
Coordius does not guarantee interviews, bookings, media appearances, employment opportunities, or business outcomes.
3. User Accounts
Users may be required to create an account to access certain features.
You agree to:
Provide accurate information.
Keep account credentials secure.
Update information when it changes.
Accept responsibility for activity occurring under your account.
4. Expert Profiles
Experts are responsible for maintaining accurate profile information, including:
Name
Credentials
Employment information
Availability
Areas of expertise
Contact information
Coordius reserves the right to remove profiles that contain inaccurate, misleading, fraudulent, or outdated information.
5. Reviews and Ratings
Users may submit reviews and ratings based on their actual experiences.
Reviews must:
Be truthful.
Be based on firsthand interactions.
Avoid defamatory, abusive, discriminatory, or misleading content.
Coordius may remove reviews that violate these standards.
Users grant Coordius a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display submitted reviews on the Platform.
6. No Verification Guarantee
Coordius may review credentials and information submitted by experts.
However, Coordius does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or validity of any expert’s credentials, statements, qualifications, opinions, or availability.
Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before engaging with any expert.
7. Prohibited Conduct
Users may not:
Impersonate another person.
Misrepresent credentials.
Upload false information.
Harass or threaten other users.
Scrape or copy Platform data.
Use automated tools to harvest expert information.
Circumvent security measures.
Use the Platform for unlawful purposes.
8. Intellectual Property
All Platform content, including:
Logos
Branding
Software
Design
Text
Graphics
Databases
is owned by Coordius or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
9. User Content
Users retain ownership of content they submit.
By posting content on Coordius, users grant Coordius a worldwide, non-exclusive license to display, reproduce, and distribute such content in connection with operating the Platform.
10. SMS/Text Messaging Terms
Coordius offers optional transactional SMS notifications to registered users. By providing your mobile phone number and separately enabling text alerts in your Coordius account settings, you expressly consent to receive automated transactional text messages from Coordius at the number you provide.
Messages may include notifications regarding interview requests, responses, booking confirmations, cancellations, rescheduling updates, and other Coordius account or booking activity requiring your attention.
Consent to receive text messages is optional and is not a condition of purchasing or using Coordius services. Message frequency varies based on your account activity. Message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to a Coordius text message, disabling text alerts in your account settings, or removing your mobile number from your Coordius account. After opting out, you may receive a final message confirming your opt-out. Reply HELP for assistance or contact hello@coordius.com.
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of SMS notifications is not guaranteed and may be affected by your wireless carrier, device, network availability, or other circumstances outside Coordius's control.
Your use of Coordius SMS messaging is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
11. Privacy
Use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Users should review the Privacy Policy to understand how information is collected, stored, and used.
12. Third-Party Links
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites.
Coordius is not responsible for the content, services, or practices of third-party sites.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.”
Coordius makes no warranties regarding:
Availability
Accuracy
Reliability
Suitability for any purpose
Use of the Platform is at the user’s own risk.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coordius shall not be liable for:
Lost profits
Lost business opportunities
Indirect damages
Consequential damages
Reliance on expert information
Disputes between users and experts
Coordius’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user to Coordius during the twelve months preceding the claim.
15. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Coordius and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from claims arising out of:
User conduct
User content
Violations of these Terms
Violations of applicable law
16. Suspension and Termination
Coordius may suspend or terminate accounts at its discretion for violations of these Terms.
17. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
18. Changes to Terms
Coordius may modify these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
